These terms govern your use of Nordicstar Analytical Sciences' analytical testing services. By placing an order you accept them.
We are an independent analytical laboratory. We measure the identity, quantity, purity and safety parameters of samples submitted to us. We do not manufacture, sell, distribute, endorse or supply any of the compounds we test, and we take no position on their legality or suitability for any purpose in your jurisdiction.
Every report describes only the specific sample we received, analysed by the specific methods stated on that report. Results must not be represented as applying to a batch, a production lot, a vendor, or any material other than the unit submitted.
You are responsible for lawfully possessing the material you submit and for shipping it in compliance with all applicable carrier rules and import, export and customs law. Follow the packaging and labeling instructions issued after payment. Samples are consumed or destroyed during analysis and are not returned.
We may decline to analyse, and may dispose of, any sample that arrives damaged, leaking, insufficient in quantity, unidentifiable, or that we reasonably believe was submitted unlawfully.
Stated turnaround times are averages measured from the day a sample is received at the laboratory, not from the day of order or dispatch. They are estimates offered in good faith and are not guarantees. Instrument servicing, re-runs required for confirmation, and customs delays may extend them.
Each report is issued with a task number and a unique verification key and is verifiable through our Verify page. Reports are published to our public results database only with your consent; you may keep a result private. We do not alter, retract or suppress a validly issued result on request.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the fees paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or economic loss, for decisions taken on the basis of a report, or for any use made of a report by you or a third party.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published at the time you place your order.
We designed this service to need as little information about you as possible. This policy explains the little we hold, why, and for how long.
We do not require your name, postal address, date of birth or identity documents. We do not ask what you intend to do with the material, and we do not run KYC checks on cryptocurrency payments. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
Samples are logged against a task number rather than a person. Analysts handling your sample see the reference, not your email address.
Solely to perform and deliver the analysis you ordered, to answer your enquiries, to issue and verify your report, and to meet our own accounting obligations. We do not sell or rent your data, ever.
Analytical results are published to our public results database only where you have consented. Published entries never include your email address, your reference, or anything else identifying you — only the compound, the measurements, the date and the report ID.
Reports are encrypted at rest and in transit. Access to order records is restricted to staff who need it. Verification pages disclose only the analytical content of a report, never customer details.
We retain analytical data and report records indefinitely so that any report we have issued stays permanently verifiable. Email addresses and order correspondence are retained only as long as needed for support and accounting, and are then deleted. You may ask us to erase your email address and correspondence at any time; the anonymous analytical record will remain.
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Write to info@nordicstarlabs.com from the address associated with your order.
We use only what the site needs to function — for example keeping your cart between pages. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
Nordicstar exists to reduce harm. This declaration sets out the principles we work to and what we ask of you in return.
People use substances. Some of those substances are unregulated, mislabelled, underdosed, contaminated, or not what the label claims at all. Withholding analysis from those people does not stop use — it only makes use more dangerous. We provide accurate measurement so that anyone who has decided to use something can at least know what it is.
Providing that measurement is not encouragement. We do not promote, recommend, glamorise or supply any substance, and nothing in a report from us should be read as advice to use one.
We are an analytical laboratory, not a clinic. We do not diagnose, prescribe, treat or advise on dosing, interactions or health risks. If you are worried about your health, speak to a qualified medical professional — and tell them honestly what you have taken.
The legal status of the compounds we analyse differs sharply between jurisdictions. Determining what you may lawfully possess, ship and receive is your responsibility. We cannot advise on it, and analysing a sample implies nothing about its legality where you live.
